Sam Mosco grew up in Pennsylvania and studied Cinematography at Point Park University in Pittsburgh. His career began as a camera intern on a Nickelodeon show and he worked as an AC on feature films on the east coast before moving to Los Angeles. There, he worked his way up the ladder through the grip & electrical departments. This eventually led him to his first feature film as a Director of Photography.
He has shot multiple feature films and many award winning shorts. His work has been viewed millions of times online. He has a passion for narrative filmmaking but enjoys shooting commercials as well.
Sam is also the owner of Flying Dutchman Cinema, a production and film equipment rental company in Burbank, CA.
